Lol i forgot to train for that. Damn then i need to train for that this month. I'm now for a couple of months a free runner. The first 2 months i did really allot of ******** hard training(condition,strength). the 3rd month i was on a fruit and vegetables diet and trained more for a better body(now i only eat fruit and vegetables , meat for iron and other healthy stuff (thats all i eat >_>wink). the 4th month i learned more tricks and trained on those. then i took a break because i needed to heal from that fall. and now i'm healed and i'm just training and learning some more tricks.
I'm lucky over 4 months a new Gym is going to open for all sporters And there i can train my flips without a risk that i fall really hard on the ground.
And i always play soccer in my street doing some new tricks and just training for a better performance
yeah, another Freerunnerrazz!! i'm now only doing parkour because i felt on my back when i did a back flipconfusedand now i'm a little scared that i fall again
and in the netherlands we call it Voetbal thats in english Soccer, football is more American rugby
