~*~Welcome~*~Let me tell you a little about myself, My name is Luna and I have been on the website for well over a decade now.
My personality has changed quite a bit since I first joined this website during my pre-teen years.
So if you know me from way back then, you will discover that I am no longer who you once knew.
I have learned that I am someone whom is very free-spirited, open minded, and very accepting of those who don't 'fit the mold.'
I am very much a feminist, so treating everyone fairly and equally is super important to me.
I am also a member of the LGBTQ+ community and an Adult Alternative Lifestyle (which I won't go into here since this is a pg-13 website.)
I am very much a pagan woman who strives to connect with the world around her and observes parts of the world that others often overlook.
This means that my internal world is very deep, meaningful, and sometimes downright complicated.
I am a deep thinker and a deep feeler.
Authenticity is the one thing that I value most, right along with honesty, so I will not bend myself to suit someone elses tastes.
A true Pisces to my core, it is difficult to pin me down or put me into any single category because I flow so swiftly through the various parts of my personality and what sides of me the world demands and I choose to express from moment to moment.
~*~Hobbies~*~
On Gaia, I participate in RP's though with only one person at a time.
The reason for this is because I enjoy the process of creating a whole world, lore, and story with vibrant characters that is easy to follow and makes sense.
I have found that the more people whom participate in an rp the more random and convoluted the story gets, and the more you lose sight of the original plot.
everyone inserts their own ideas at random times and it just gets too confusing for me to follow.
I prefer a bit more structure, turn-based posts, and communication amongst the members of the rp before posting happens.
I like to brainstorm with my RP partner and get an over all feel for the direction we are going before we make our posts.
we don't always have an end goal in mind, but we bounce ideas off of each other and find ways to fit it into the fabric of the story as we go along.
This allows me to be more descriptive, make longer posts, take my time coming up with those posts, and hone my writing skills in the process.
Outside of gaia, I am very much a video gamer and anime otaku.
when I can afford my subscription, I regularly play Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn via ps4.
I mainly DPS but have dipped my toes into healing and have found that I very much enjoy it.
I'm picky with MMO's, but am a Huge fan of the final fantasy franchise and that is what drew me to ff14.
I love that you can play all of the classes and jobs as long as you have the time to grind the levels needed and the inventory space to store all of the gear you need.
I also love how friendly the community is, and how helpful the veteran players are with the newbies.
I love that they have a mentorship program in the game, so that the veteran players can help run the newbies through dungeons; I feel that it fosters a cooperative game environment amongst the players rather than a competitive one.
I love all of the throwbacks to the older ff games, and how much love and hard work the Dev's put into the game with every new patch and expansion.
I would have to say that FF14 is easily my favorite MMORPG for these reasons and more.
Other games I play are Pokemon, Harvest Moon, Civilization, The Sims, Don't Starve, Dragon Age, Dragons Dogma, Animal Crossing, Story Of Seasons, Skyrim, Farcry, Monster Hunter, and many more.
I have lost some of these games when trading in old consoles, but I am working on rebuilding my collection so I have more options.
In my free time I like to create things like Hair Fascinators and jewelry.
When I get some extra money in, I plan to pick up leather working.
I am passionate about Pole Dancing, though I am still very much a beginner.
I view it as a form of art, an outlet to express emotion through movement, to connect with my femininity, and to express my feminine sexuality.
Pole Dance is very much a form of female empowerment for me and I will not put up with any sexist remarks trying to convince me otherwise, so if you have them please keep them to yourself.
I also want to learn other forms of dance such as tribal fusion Belly dance, west coast swing, salsa, ballroom dancing, and many many more.
I also draw and paint in my free time, though not very often.
