Well, I finally figured it out, if you'd like to know, haha. xD
It was y=3x^2, so getting the slope of that requires using the first derivative. Instead of setting 3x = 27, I should have set 3x^2=27, which would have given me two answers. x_x It's always the stupidest, easiest things that catch you on stuff like that, oi.
