I'm going to point out that I have every right to make assumptions when I believe I have the full story. You neglecting part of it just for dramatic effect doesn't raise you any higher.

Now that I do have the full story, that makes it a little more Nes's fault for not telling us what was going on. However, you still are not blameless. You trolled us. You withheld the information that would have kept it from getting worse. And guess what! It got worse because of it.

Wait, no, that's wrong. You did make that apparent... after you had trolled us for a bit. Then at that point, all that you had implied was that you were a member stirring up trouble for no reason. What do you do with a member who stirs up trouble? You let him/her go.

Yes. Nespin made a misinterpretation. But you didn't correct it. So we went wrong, and you didn't bother to try and fix it. You sat there and you complained, and you trolled, and you made threats. As I said before, we reacted to you as we would any troll.

Which means what happened is largely your doing. You refused to defend yourself, and then you worsened the situation by trolling. We simply reacted to what we had: someone who appeared to be an anonymous troll trying to stir up trouble. Hell, all you did was cement that impression.

Hmm, Nespin doesn't really do anything. His last post was months ago, and he hasn't done much if anything in the guild.

We don't have an ignore list yet though, so that could be a problem... I'm still working out how the ignore list should go.
