My RPish thingy(Normal RP)
Dorian Willhelm Dora.
Dorian is a host. The body that is claimed by the Reclaimer. He is a rather recent addition, only starting to learn what can be done with its power. After all, it's only been 2 years. He is rarely seen. The Reclaimer urged him never to show himself but rather use amazingly life-like puppets. He is the eyes and ears for the Reclaimer in this world.
Dorian is very good with a sword. He prefers his odachi over any other weapon he uses. That aside, he is just a normal human with something far from normal inside him.
Simply put, he and the reclaimer do not see eye to eye.
The Reclaimer.
A being created through a truce on all sides. Often appears as many million small, thin, black lines.

Heaven and hell became sick of searching for their soldiers and neither side wanted to risk a war in a place where their power is not evenly matched. So, together the Reclaimer was formed...but not before the reapers had their say. Both sides wished for their mutual creation to be invincible, unstoppable, but the reapers limited its initial power of destruction. Currently it has the following restrictions, relevant information about those who imposed it will also be listed, as well as the strengths is possesses.
Thru mutual agreement on all three sides, the following was granted and restricted.
Complete immunity to all divine and demonic powers, including those possessed by the reapers, through absorption of these powers. Rendering the user unable to use their power and the Reclaimer to instead wield it for a rather limited period of time. (able to go for much longer if a connection is continued through physical contact rather than energy discharge. It also means that the stronger the opponent, the stronger the reclaimer.)
Inability to kill any being of demonic or angelic origin, meaning only a majority of their power can be drained, never all. (This was added after the Reclaimer decided to kill those who resisted rather than send them back. It finds a way around the restriction by using the host if it is willing.)
Restricted vision limited to that of the divine or demonic. This vision causes the Reclaimer to only see any being as it would be at its prime for easier identification. (Once again, overcome by the host's ability to see normally)
The following are powers and restrictions imposed by two of the sides but not agreed on by all three. The reapers often being the swing vote.
The ability to dissemble objects to their most basic elements and reconstruct them as it sees fit. Reason was that some angelic beings used worldly tools to strike which were neither demonic nor angelic in origin yet could still be used to kill. Heaven protested because it appeared unstoppable but the reapers agreed, stating that both sides used tools of worldly origin though the demonic forces often favored melee over ranged. (the Reclaimer learned to use this ability to create nearly anything, including the puppets, from many different hosts over the years)
The restriction of having to obey the hosts will. Heaven wished free choice as did hell, the reapers did not see a need for free will but were given a barging, being allowed to add something of just their choice. (the largest reason was, should the host believe strongly enough in one side it could be turned into a weapon to slaughter the opposing side, the reapers saw this as unbalanced but were granted the ability to add a restriction of their own to prevent it which is listed below)
The blind attitude and set moral code for the Reclaimer itself. Making it follow all the rules set in it by the three. (the rules and moral codes are not revealed, interaction is the best way to figure them out.) This is overruled by the host's will except in cases of extreme destructive potential by the being in question. Agreed on by Hell and the Reapers, heaven believed it to restrictive.
The inability to reproduce itself. Making it the only one of its kind. (All sides agreed initially until the Reapers believed more would be needed to reset the balance effectively. The two sides are more willing to wait.) Neither side wished for an army of these beings, should the hosts become war like and challenge each other, thus defeating their purpose.
The ability to retain all the information from the host's it inhabits. (Very well used by the Reclaimer.) Believed by Heaven and the Reapers to be useful for survival in its realm but thought to make it to powerful in the long run by Hell.
The last rule was imposed by the reapers alone.
The Reclaimer can not prolong the life of any host it is in, making it so the body grows old and dies over time forcing the Reclaimer to find a new host every fifty years, when the hosts body becomes to frail to contain it. It may repair the body but it may not do anything to prevent natural aging and death. Fifty years was believed to be to short a time for the balance of power to be unalterably shifted.
The Reclaimer is given slight free will of its own and grows as it moves from host to host, absorbing many different abilities and much knowledge. All of that is shared with the current host
