Or rather . . .
Hacked is involuntary.
Not hacked is voluntary.

But there are also some times getting hacked is voluntary.
For example, you give out your password to some unknown person.
and stuff like that.

You're not hacking his account. You're just merely logging into his account.
The difference between the both of them, is when you hack someone, you don't know his or her password.
You just guess and guess until you get it right or use some sort of program to make out the password.
Since you know his password, that's not hacking.

It's not the most accurate explanation.
But it's close . . .
