PainIn the twilight i lay thinking
of a girl, that broke my heart
of how much i still love her
and to think that, it is hard
it feels like a stone upon my chest
a burden, a weight, i got no rest

the stars above kept a watchful eye.
As she floated on her cloud in silent slumber,
drifting toward the audience crowded in the sky.

her genuine beauty caused her body to glow.

While she slept under this tearful sky,
an angelic smile graced her resting face.
The moon blushed, looking at this earthly angel,
smiling down at her from his heavenly place.
While she slept in this land of magical dreams,
I gently held her in my constant sleepy stare.
Holding her with my eyes, comforting with my arms,
as she slept on her cloud drifting upon the midnight air.
