Hi!

Welcome to my profile. I'm designed freedom, but you can call me Desi. No, it's not even close to being a diminutive of my real name, but I find it's less awkward to associate with than other options.

I'm 24 as of this writing and married. I have a BA in Psychology with concentrations in lifespan development and counseling.

Please do not contact me for therapy or the like. I can answer some basic questions regarding mental health and addiction, I can give my opinion, but this is not the forum for receiving help.

I initially joined Gaia in November 03. I had actually found the site because of the anime link-list earlier that year, but wasn't aware of the forums until later. I joined for the role-playing forums and stayed for the other forums. At first the GD then later the art forum.

I quit a little more than a year ago, giving up my old account and items to a dear friend who has since gotten it banned for off-site trading. I was busy with "real life" and was "growing up." Trust me. You never really grow up.

I came back because Gaia is a great site. And I was honestly bored.

So that's me in a tiny little nutshell at the moment.

I saw your post from 2008 and you wrote that if you have two hairs growing and you pluck them both out by the root only one hair grows back. How long did you wait to see if possibky another hair would grow back. And how long did it take for the plucked hair to grow back? To this day do you only have one hair comin out of the folicle you plucked. Please respond. Thank you
