I use this avi when I'm seeing the darker days.... which although not that often, is pretty bad when it happens. Tis the effects of trying to stay happy. Even the heart with the most light can not hide from the darkness forever.

How many times must I tell you, if there's something wrong, anything at all, you can come to me? I want to know your problems, no matter how bad they are. And unless you plan to start telling me your problems, then I don't intend to tell you mine. When something is wrong and I ask what it is, don't put on an act; tell me what it is!



And you shouldn't hide from the darkness; you should stand up and face it. That's the only way you'll ever be able to beat it. Hiding from it is what proves that it has power over you and until you can stand your ground it, you'll never be truly happy.
