Listen to the rain

In the rain,
Tears are falling,
Tears for those who hold them back.

In the rain,
Someone's calling,
Someone that the world does lack.

No one knows,
Why the wind blows,
Or why thunder crashes through the sky.

Too many,
Unanswered questions,
Too many people wondering why?

I wish I may,
I wish I might,
Have this wish,
I wish tonight.

I wish that people would stop asking,
Stop asking and start listenting,

Listening to the rain
