Weapon/Character Abilities: Using his power over Concussive blasts (referred to by Dozx as "The Boom") Dozx can create Explosions at the point of contact with with his weapon, and can cause objects into explosives through physical contact, an example of which would be tearing links from his chain and throwing them as grenades. He can also transfer explosive energy from one object to another.

Back Story: Zod was a intelligent individual and his father saw this in him, as a kid Zod was pushed hard by his father to all ways do his best. His father's hopes were for Zod to on day follow in his foot steps and become an engineer. When the time finally came for Zod to go to college he had found his passion, to be a Demolition Man. During that summer of his senior year Zod worked for a Demolition Man as a summer job. He found a great comfort in demolition, it was a welcomed change of his every day routine and no matter how many times he had done it before he still found excitement in causing a blast.
When he told his father of his desired profession, they had an argument that eventually ended in Zod being kicked out of the house. Zod then ran to his demolition mentor and told him what happened. Having shared a similar experience, his mentor sympathized with him and allowed him to stay with him. Thats the night his life really was changed forever.
That evening, near quitting time, an ominous darkness enveloped the work site and swarms of shadows swarmed the half demolished building and, in the ensuing struggle the entire thing collapsed trapping Zod and making him easy prey... When he awoke he found himself transformed, easily able to blast the rubble off himself and escape.
