No, they scurried up the trees if you came near. But they're like raccoons here LOL.
My mom nursed one that had fallen out of the tree when she was pregnant with me apparently, never knew about it until about 2 months ago gonk

Haha, where I am no. Im in the city. But if you go about 10 miles out, you can for sure see them.
When I was little my family lived on a ranch that had koalas in the trees about a minute's walk behind our house.
