Generally, I am nothing less than horrible when it comes to writing "about me's" like this. Nevertheless, I am going to give it my best shot.
My name is Caitlin. I'm a teenage girl (obviously) in the middle of my Junior year of high school.
I love sports. Especially baseball, soccer, track, and cross country! Baseball and soccer used to be my two sports that I would exclusively play. That was until I wasn't allowed to play baseball anymore, only softball (ick) and soccer just didn't interest me. So I chose to run track, which led me to fall in love with running, and caused me to discover how much I love cross country! Besides running anymore, slow-pitch softball over the summer is about the only sport I really play for a length of time anymore.
My life revolves around music and I am perfectly fine with that. Music’s my escape from reality, because reality can be downright dreadful at times. I'm not a picky music person, but I don't really care for rap. Artists like Green Day, My Chemical Romance, Paramore, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, and Motion City Soundtrack are what I listen to. I enjoy discovering new music though, whether through friends or by roaming the internet and landing upon a new artist; I love it.
I have good friends that I trust; I also have friends who I don't really trust at all. I sometimes trust the wrong person (who doesn't) and find that I end up getting hurt because of it usually. I'm beyond thankful for the friends who will stick with me through anything and support me; I would do the same for them.
Other things I do consist of: Baseball card collecting. Old hobby of mine. I used to be an avid collector, but when some things changed in my family, I drifted away from it and haven't returned to it fully yet. Reading, as well, is another thing I fully enjoy. I am a Harry Potter fanatic. I'm addicted to the series and have read through it several million times it feels like. I like to write, but I'm not that great at it. I have been working to improve my writing skills by messing around with short stories and jotting down the beginnings of things that pop into my head. Hopefully it will amount to something one day.
Anything else you want to know about me? Well, too bad. I guess you'll just have to get to know me then. ;P
