Cuts all depend on the item, but the best resource for that would be the Bewere/Cheshire/SurgicalScissors Cutter Mod Item Guide. The key in the first post lists all the main cutters and the thread as a whole lists all items that have cuts, and which pose of an item is affected by what cutter(s).
Doesn't include hair cutters, but the main hair cutters are , though also affect hairs, depending. All of them have parent items, all of which should be in their tags, and it's often cheaper to get a parent item/recolor than the standalone cutter.

And if you ever wonder if an item has a cut but don't feel like consulting the cutter guide, typing 'singlecutter' in the search bar for all gaia will bring up the main cutter items, which you can try on to see if they affect the pose you're curious about emotion_yatta
