3nodding yeah, doing something that you enjoy doing is important. You don't want to end up in a job doing something you hate ._. Well I wish you luck with whatever you decide to pursue! I myself am currently studying Astronomy and Astrophysics! 8D It's really tough though sweatdrop but the subject is so fascinating X3

I sorta know what you mean by euphoria. I was fortunate in that my parents never tried to push me towards what they might have wanted for me, and rather let me explore and find what I liked, similar to what you're doing now. My parents were never oppressive but a few of my friends have some rather overbearing parental units so I know you're not alone in your euphoric freedom. That's really what it is, you're out on your own, making your own decisions and reaping your own consequences for once, and it's empowering, whether you make good choices or bad, they are your choices. :3 The whole effect's even greater when you're living away from home, because you're also making lifestyle/living decisions, what to eat, where, when to go to sleep, how to spend your free time, etc. It's a release for most kids.

It's important not to get too caught up though. Always keep in mind, even if it's in the very back of your head, your purpose of being in college, of spending the money and effort to get here; it's not to party or live easily, while those are certainly acceptable and popular pastimes, college is a time for you to learn and prepare your self for the rest of your life, the second stage of life training after grade school, per say.

Well I've babbled enough, I have class in a little bit so I'll check back with you later ^^ Make the most of college, because it goes by fast!

I'm working through wave after wave of homework and tests, but that's not really anything new. This semester's going to be really challenging academically for me, so I want to put all the effort I can into it! But that's not to say I'll neglect my hobbies, like Gaia, and art and such ^^ I got into Eastview Terrace this year, which are the really nice, expensive, singles in the south east corner of campus so I get to enjoy some solitude/peace this year! I liked my roommates last year, but whole year in a quad was enough. sweatdrop

Have you thought about a major yet?

ah, we'll, i must say something, I'm kind of the anti..-social, person, so..If i left, it might as well stay that way, cause, i won't talk to her..unless she actually comments me, I never in my life went to others, they always come to me, not that I'm saying I'm special, that's just how i am.
