I KNOW WHAT I SAW and Hell i m dead scare when i go around andrus every night in the dark...the art room...Julia Dyckman Andrus...the women that died...then this andrus place was built for her...so it's Julia Dyckman Andrus Memorial...i saw her... on 8/3/06 when it was 9 confused ? pm , i asked staff to go downstair to get a snack...when i went down it was dark with only 1 light at the end of the hall...i went into the kitchen then searched for the snack...when i was going back upstairs ... near the stairway i saw this women dressed in white with long hair...looks alike the picture of Julia dyckman...she was just staring at the living room....so i paniced and closed and cover my eyes and ran up the stairs as fast as i could! then the staff asked why are u running up the stairs ? and i said I SAW A GHOST! then they said was it julia dyckman? and yes i answered...and they sighed and said go to ur room...that was it .... some of the kids in foster hall saw julia dyckman too...staffs said she lives in foster....and what do i have to say about this? Ghost A-R-E R-E-A-L
