NOTE: This is an original character, not my main account.This account will eventually be used to share information about my long term project entitled "The Tale of Tales", which is in an early conceptual stage. Posts made on this account will primarily be written in first person from Ethersail's point of view. Though in zOMG I'm basically out of character. xD
SECOND NOTE: Essy's looks on Gaia do not necessarily reflect what her character design will look like. However, forum posts and journal entries will generally be in character unless otherwise noted.
Main Character Profiles:
Ethersail Knowledge (nickname: Essy): Essy is an ingenius magician who always carries a paintbrush and her book, The Tale of Tales. She serves as a keeper of knowledge, recording everything she experiences or learns in her book. Her magical prowess is unrivaled, as she can learn to cast any spell after seeing anyone cast it just once. Furthermore, she is able to adjust and/or combine any spells that she has learned on the fly, or cast several spells simultaneously.
Slei: Slei is Ethersail's best friend, and an incredibly capable fighter who wields two swords and two handguns. Her combat style is extremely complex and unpredictable, utilizing strikes and shots from either hand. She has mastered switching between her swords and guns mid-combo, and can completely overwhelm enemies at any range. Although she primarily fights using physical attacks, Slei seems to be hiding a much greater power.
Mira Kuru: Mira met Ethersail several years ago. She immediately took a liking to Ethersail, and decided to travel with Essy and Slei. Her powers are that of shapeshifting and "reading". Simply put, Mira is able to transform into a near-perfect doppleganger of anyone after merely glancing at the person. Additionally, she gains all the knowledge and memories of this person. Mira's power is truly spectacular, but her own lack of physical strength and intelligence limit her.
