anata o aishiteru.
I love you.
anata ga suki desu.
I love you.
好きよ (suki yo) 愛してるわ (aishiteru wa) - said by women only
MoRe:
(Ore wa omae no koto ga suki da) (man to his wife), (Ore wa omae ga suki da) (man to his wife), (Watashi wa anata ga suki da)
~The most common way to say I love you in japanese is daisuki. The word daisuki really means i like you, but in the japanese community saying this word has more effect than saying kimi o ai shiteru. ~
*Aishiteru - I love you, but very direct, not often used by the Japanese unless talking about an object.
*Suki desu - Lit. I like you, but more often used as "I love you" due to the indirectness. "Zutto suki," is how you'd say "I'll love you forever."
*Shidaio - Lit. I love you like family.
