Have you heard of Dino's? It was a getting turned into a four star restaurant... but closed due to the chef's alcoholism.

Actually, I did find one. But, right before I was supposed to start, the chef quit and the restaurant shut down.


So, back to looking.

That sucks.

I was told to start looking at culinary schools by one guy, and then later told to not go to culinary school, but intern with a sous chef.
So, that's what I've been looking for.
