About
My mother was an elf and my father, a mortal man. I was born in the forest, under the leaves of an oak tree. That first minute of my life, I had already begun expressing magical abilities. I was therefore put into the care of Sylaraa, the spirit witch of the forest. I never saw my parents again. Sylaraa mentored me for eleven years and told me all she knew. I learned quickly, and, to this day, have not forgotten any of her lessons. When I was eleven, however, a danger struck the woods; it was a huge, red dragon. This was not a civilized beast, as most dragons are. It advanced with a flaming jaw, ripping trees from their trunks. Using my powers, I defeated the creature. The witch of the woods realized then that I had nothing left to learn beside her and that I must leave the place to find her place in life. I traveled until I reached the Elevated City of Elydariel, which was suspended magically in between two mountains. There, I happened to meet the great knight, Gryffon, and pleaded him to teach me how to fight with weapons. He did so, and by the time I turned thirteen, I was an adept in that art as well as magic. All of a sudden, the city was stricken with a big dilemma; many unwanted people or beasts were penetrating the city, which was once a place for kings and queens alone. They decided to make me the Gatekeeper, so that I let only the noble and just enter Elydariel. I lived in a cave on one of the mountains, and, every time someone tried to enter, I would meet them. Many times, they were great, majestic dragons who would do no harm to the inhabitants of the city. Even so, I could not let them in. I felt as though Elydariel was becoming an empty place, a place for only a select few. So, a year later, I quit the post and left the mountains. Since then, I spent time amongst the pirates and fought in a violent battle. I have been traveling the realm, making allies and enemies alike, and slowly, bit by bit, discovering my purpose in life.
