So how are you thinking you'll provide now? I mean, if you get lucky, photography can draw a pretty substantial income - maybe not the type of photography you're interested in, though. My cousin's wife is a pretty successful wedding photographer. I think there's a lot of potential for art in that, and warmth and meaning, along with the cash.
My sister got me the camera for Christmas - it's not terrible, once you figure out its idiosyncrasies. But certainly not what you're looking for. While photography is cool, I lack the time and patience to make it into a serious hobby or occupation.
I suppose it says something about me that I'm more interested in the shot's overall impression than in just your face. razz Faces are complicated - that's just one view of yours. From that one view, it certainly doesn't look bad - but it doesn't really enrapture me either. But the photo itself is lovely.
I also think we have the same digital camera? xD
