Cha, we got stars, unless the trees are in the way. Can't see too much where we are cuz of the treez. And even if you go to the most populated part of the whole state, where the capitol is, you can always see the forest and trees and junk. xD Kinda funny. I sent my friend in New York some pics and she was like 'omg treeees wtfff' haha. and I stood in the middle of town in front of the courthouse and took pics for like 10 minutes in the middle of the street cuz no cars were in sight. : P

I don't live in a city at all, I'm out in the country.

I don't have much experience with that kind of art, or the materials to really do good with it, or really the motivation to try. xD It's too much work for something to do once a year and it isn't exactly that exiting even then.

Mostly the people who go trick-or-treating are people in some association with little kids, or they play american games and stuff. I don't know, if anyone recognizes me, they never go "hey Reno!" at me at least. but people around here are like those convention places.

I was trying to figure out how to make a cloak thinger out of my jacket, haha. cuz their clothes are pretty simple, the only hard part would be the weapon and hair.

And actually no one has known who I was yet even though FF7AC sold out in like 3 days at Wal*Mart. If anyone caught on to it they didn't say anything. Anime isn't very big around here. Usually the people who play stuff like that don't get out much so they're not out Halloweening to see me.

They still judge each other, it's just "that cosplay fails" instead of "omg look at her skirt" or whatever. They're just the same as the preppy kids in high school who put them down because they didn't wear Abercrombie, and don't even realize it. It's pathetic.

I don't get into real-life cosplay because it looks like it'd be a lot of fun and I can't do it, so I don't wanna sit and watch/hear about other people who do. Me and my friend do it for Halloween, that's it. I went as Reno cuz he's all I can afford and she went as... Speed Racer... O_o; Just us cosplaying in a small town full of kids dressed up as ghosts/Spider-Man/fairies/pirates and 50% of them wearing the same costume cuz they all shopped at Wal*Mart. Me and her and my friend who did Edward Elric are the only actual cosplayers I know, aside from people's Halloween costumes.

So I do it on Gaia instead where I don't have to be broke/have nowhere to go/have no one to cosplay with/have to be a different character because I can't actually dress up like the one I want/etc.

I can cosplay on Gaia, but in real life I'm one of the sucky ones because I just flat can't afford to spend money on that kind of thing. I did the best I could do on my budget but it's not big and impressive. I've never been to a real-life convention, they're aren't any around here.

I've found that a lot of the people who do cosplaying in real life tend to be snobby on Gaia. Not all of them, it just seems to be a common thing for some reason. There's a lot of "Yeah well I do it in REAL LIFE" or whatever, and then like you said, they do it all the time so they get annoyed at the overdone people. For me if that's what somebody wants to do, let them do it. They shouldn't be barred from dressing like the character they want just cuz too many other people did it, or they're like me and can't afford the fancy costumes, or they're not good with making that kind of thing. That's like telling somebody they're not allowed to draw because they're not very good at it or cuz they draw someone that's too popular. :/

I just flat don't agree with judging people based on their clothes, and that includes cosplayers. They're the same as everyone else; the cheap ones, the rich ones, the cool ones, the ones with no sense of style, same exact thing. It's silly to me. xD They're just clothes/pixels.

I actually just don't care if something is mainstream or not. If I like it, I do, if I don't, I don't. I don't hate Twilight because it's popular, I just don't like it because I'm not into guy/girl love story things. And I like KH/FF7 whether they are popular or not.

I don't mind overdone cosplays, either. I like seeing how other people do Cloud. I know he's popular and I know he's overdone and it doesn't really bother me if I go into towns and there's 4 of him already there. I hang around anyway. xD

It does bother me when people give me an attitude right off the bat just because of how I dressed up my avatar. :/ And other people that do Cloud too give me this big headache over it. It's like wtffff people all it means is that we have something in common and could probably be friends e___e but nooooo.

Out-of-the-ordinary stuff is fun though, that's why I picked this version instead of the AC version, but you can't expect to be the only person that does something. People can and will copy you for starters, and you never know when someone else already did it and you just never saw them until now. So I just like/dislike stuff for what it is, and ignore how popular/unpopular it seems.

That's why I just roll my eyes at the people who flame me because "FF7/KH is too popular" or "too over done" and imply that must be the only reason I like it. I love Xenosaga to death and it's rather notably UNpopular. It's kind of funny when I show up in Towns on Cloud and everyone rips me apart; I come back on my XS accounts and they have nothing to say cuz they don't know the game. But it's still me. e___e People are so stupid on Gaia, judging someone by a pixel avatar, wtf.

People will complain about anything these days. e____e But I get sick of hearing them go off about the same stuff all the time, over and over, so many people saying the same thing, ugh.

Well, I guess, but I was never a big game person. The games we had were like pacman and racing and whatever and I didn't mess with them all that much. Then I ran across Xenosaga at Wal Mart and was like "hey! people! sexy people! with... story lines!? FTW" and snatched it and played it and luffed on it. xD The part that interested me is the characters and story and all that, so I tend to cheat and burn my favs on DVD so I can watch them without having to play them.

I really only play FF7/KH and XS.

Hush xD;;;; I think I need to change Cloudy's format jigger thing anyway.

Half of them are the pro-FF jerks that refuse to like KH because they put FF characters with Disney characters and changed how they look and what their stories were. Gets really old after a while, I have to hear that aaaalll the time from people.

Mom was always the one into games instead of me, she played our old Atari with the joystick and craps. xD Then I got my PS1 and she was all "YAY NEW GAMES!" and then eventually got my PS2... so the games she's playing has dramatically changed. She's all "omg graphicz ftw!" and does weird stuff, like, she spends an hour having Sora double-jump just cuz it looks so cool.
