Barbara smiled back to him, a sincere smile now as she held his hands.
"Julian, I want you to be happy. Don't not move on because of me," She bit her lip as she spoke. "I want you to be happy. I don't want to see you sad. I just don't know if our relationship had any true meaning behind it. Besides drugs and sex, what was there? Yes, the times were great, but... I don't know if that's enough to keep a relationship on it's own two feet, you know?" She tried to speak rationally with him. She knew he was an intelligent man. She knew that he was capable of many things.
And she wanted him to find happiness.
"If you're going to be sad all your life I don't know what I'll do. Because then I'll feel like it's my fault."

Unless the way my profile is won't let me edit it, I know it already won't let me edit her profile on the page without re-doing the whole thing. Someone made me that layout for free just for the hell of it, and even if the left side is cut off a bit, i rather like it. At any rate, I'll give it a try.

Barbara sighed, looked up, as if she was looking towards heaven. She didn't know what to do. She ran her hands through his hair, comforted him, hushed him like a child and hummed a light song to him, anything to help him regain his composure.
"It's okay, Julian. It's okay."
She frowned at him, looked at his state of mind. He was probably still hooking up with other women at the bars. There's no way he could have kept his sexual addiction up if he hadn't been having a good time with other women. Just no way.
She didn't know what to tell him, didn't know how to help him, didn't know what to do.Her gaze kept upward, trying to figure out exactly what to do, and how to do it.
Maybe he needed therapy. But how humiliating would it be for a professional in psychology to get HIMSELF treated? She didn't think that'd work out too well.

Barbara narrowed her eyes, her undergarments protecting her from complete exposure. She grunted, pushed him off, kicked him away, and wailed, wailed like a wild animal.
"Get offa me! Stoppit!" Once she got him further away, she kicked him harder, giving her more distance between them.
"And you wonder why we broke up?" She felt as if she was going to vomit in the back of her throat.
"You make me sick, Julian. You're still the same sex addict you previously were,"
Her body inched near the window, ready to make a breakthrough.

Barbara looked for a window, looked for a golden opportunity.
And she saw a window. Barbara rushed to the bathroom, turned on the shower, made it seem like she was getting cleaned.
She began kicking at that window, nearly broke the glass with one swift kick of her strong legs.
Black Sheep smirked to herself. She'd be out of here in no time flat and on her merry little way. She kept kicking until her feet hurt, until she had to take a break. She figured that with his music blaring up loud he might not be able to hear. Maybe he'd be thinking she's just showering. She didn't know.
After a few minutes more of taking a break, she kicked the window out.
"Ain't no way you're keeping me in, no way, no how." She bleated to herself.

Barbara looked around in the room. She banged at the doors, screamed to be let out.
"LET ME OUT OF HERE YOU SON OF A b***h! I DON'T CARE WHO YOU THINK YOU ARE BUT I SWEAR IF YOU DON'T LET ME OUT OF HERE I'LL KICK YOUR HEAD OFF YOUR SHOULDERS."
She hissed, removed her gloves, dragged her nails across the painted wooden door, made it sound like he had locked at tiger in the room. She screeched like a wild animal, something that could be like a bird. From all her animal-like screamings it could be questionable as to what he actually closed the door on.
Black Sheep kicked at the door now. She wanted out. She was not a prisoner. She felt like she was Princess Peach from those Nintendo games, Julian being the evil Bowser who took her away.
(Yes, I totally just made a mario reference. lmao.)

Barbara fought with him the entire way. She groaned, grunted, flailed much like a fish out of water.
"I AM NOT YOURS. LET ME GO! HELP!" She screamed, trying to get anyone's attention to help her. But this was Gotham. There were plenty of people watching, but the psychological Bystander effect took in place. Everyone thought someone else would take care of it.
She cursed at him, her vulgarities going through the roof, all the way into the car. She sounded like a sailor. Barbara felt as if she was being treated like a child, and she was not amused.
Black Sheep refused to buckle herself in, refused to give up the fight. She kicked at his seat, slammed at the windows, tried anything she could. Now she really felt like a child.
"And you wonder why we broke up..." She mumbled bitterly.

"No, you know what, I'm fine. I shouldn't be here, I shouldn't even be thinking twice about hooking up with someone who predisposed me to injections," She nudged herself away from him, out of his grip, stared at him with soul-less eyes. "Scarecrow might have broken in, but you were the one to scratch the surface of my habits. I knew the time I met you that there was something off about you..." Black Sheep tried to hurt him, tried to get him out of her way. She didn't need this drama on top.

Barbara's common sense snapped back into place.
"No... No, Julian, I can't. I'm sorry, I just can't," She closed her eyes. Why was it so hard to deal with exes?
Because the love was never truly gone in the first place.
It burned her on the inside. She didn't want to do this. She wanted to stay, no doubt. But where would this take her? It may be for the best or worst. Either way, she wasn't going to gamble, but rather, play it safe.

Barbara tried to pry him off her. But his kiss was like oysters and champagne. Almost irresistible. The brief touch of his lips made her heart jump in excitement, electricity pulsing throughout her veins, energizing her. She pulled him in forward more for a deeper kiss.
She was already tipsy a little bit, one drink from earlier still caused the buzzing in her brain. She forced her tongue in his mouth, desperate for a taste, then pulled back suddenly, licked her lips, wiped her mouth, the still hostile glare in her eyes.
It was obvious her mind was somewhat intoxicated. But it made her feel great. Intensified the feelings. No doubt if he wasn't here she'd be finding some pleasurable company to ease her loneliness. A one night stand to get her by for a few more months at time.
When she looked at the overall state of her life, it was a good reason to drink.

She gave him an ugly face of disgust.
But it quickly dissipated.
She could use a bit of liquid courage. A bit numbness to her reality.
"Sure... Get me an appletini and we'll talk for a bit," She could tell that he was still genuinely interested in him. Barbara herself couldn't deny her interest in him as well. Their past had contained many fun times together. Back when she didn't have a care in the world, but also back when her life was going in a downward spiral. She's already hit rock bottom now. What more worse can happen?
"And don't spike it either, Julian..." She called him by his name. A name that she hadn't spoken in a while. Dr. Julian Matthews...
