Okay So I am back on gaia again and i have not updated this since last year...

***UPDATE!****
I have had a daughter! Her name is Georgia-Lee Chenoa... and yeah she is my world! 22 and a baby woo!!!!

My name is Kaitlin Humphries, I am a published poet (I have had 6 poems published so far) my first poem was published in sixth grade by accident! But it has helped to jumpstart my hope in making a career out of it in a big way! I am currently working on 3 books that I hope to get published, I have 5 unpublished books that I am still editing and working on.

I am an artist as well, I do a lot of photoshop and hand drawing. My deviantart account forestborn.deviantart.com has a lot of my writings and art. I am actually going to college for a creative writing degree! I graduate with a bachelors degree may 2014. Then I will be heading back for a Masters degree right away.

I am 21, my birthday is October 8, 1991, and I am Native America/Irish but Southern American by birth as well. I have huge southern pride so don't step!

Last but not least. I am pagan, what I mean by pagan is I was following the Wiccan faith and am now finding my way into Druidism. I am not fond of christianity, but I have many christian friends. In my eyes all religions worship the same thing but different aspects, so DO NOT preach to me! Thank you!

Goodbye

My tears they are falling

with every breath that leaves my lips.

I feel like I'm drowning

and yet I seem to live.

The arms wrapped around me

they seem to be holding me back.

But I keep on calling

your name a sweet poison instead.

Everything is broken

everything gone.

I can't keep your things within sight.

Each memory that's yours

it hurts me even more

and it seems that I'm dying inside.

What did I do

that fate has decided

to take you from me.

What can I say

that a ghost might come

to let me hold you one last time.

And those arms that surround me

they seem like a dream

I hear my name called

but I feel like I'm suffocating.

The grave before me

it has your name

died before I could even come.

You couldn't even wait

and give me a chance

to touch you one last time.

And My tears fall

like a river of pain

and all I can do

is scream out your name.

As hours turn to days

and days turn to months

the pain doesn't leave me at all.

I can't find relief

so all I can do

is wallow and hate that your gone.

And so...

My tears fall...

And so...

My life stops.

Then finally,

my last breath escapes

and there I stand before you.

But even though I'm

happy by your side

I watch as everyone

says... goodbye.
