It really is.
There's a store there that sells baby oil.
Made of 100% screaming human babies.

There's also an intellectual brothel where you play mind games with the ladies,
A sub-plane made by cube-people where they try to scientifically understand what 'dungeons' are
And if you lie about your identity enough the lie becomes a real man you can meet and talk to.

It's hands down the best RPG ever made.

A classic computer RPG.
It won literature awards.
Someone literally wrote a book made out of the game's dialogues. Some 400 pages long.
It's completely amazing.
