About
The time has finally come to fill my 'About Me' with some random blatherings. I've been avoiding it somewhat, but when I mentioned to my lovely girlfriend that I was thinking of writing something, she agreed so emphatically that I knew it must be time to do so. I'm nothing if not occasionally obedient.
The issue here is that I am disgustingly boring, so I don't know what to ramble about. I guess.... I'm an Australian, and 25. I spend far too much time on the computer, but as the computer is the main form of communication with my girlfriend right now (long distance relationships suck. I can't wait till I move next year), I will continue to be on the computer too much. On the rare occasions that the telly is turned on, I'm often to be found watching musical DVD's. They amuse me.
I also play the clarinet. I used to be reasonable, playing at about a 5th grade level (AMEB), although I never officially did any grade. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't wussed out about that... oh, well. I recently pulled my clarinet out to give a bit of a lesson to my nephew.... turns out that I am really, really out of practice. Disgustingly, horribly so. Definitely time to practice more - or at all, really.
I'm starting to run out of things to ramble about..... um...... I live on the east coast of Australia, so from my front window I have a fairly spectacular view of a lake, and ocean. If you like that sort of thing. Which I don't, particularly. I'm a mountain girl at heart. Although, I do like going for a walk on the beach and getting my feet all wet. I won't go in further than knee-deep though. I've heard that a shark can come in to knee-deep water, and I'm shorter than the average knee height, so I'm probably safe. Actually, scrap that, I will go in deeper with that when I'm at the beach with my sister's kids. I figure that any self-respecting shark would go for the tiny, tender people, which will leave me time to run.
Now I really have run out of things to ramble about, so I'm out of here. Hooroo!
I have a quest! These kind people have donated to me:
heart Marie-Cris: You are a Cow, Hermes Moon, Cheepz, Jackies, Grace of Anteros, Sundae Sweets heart
CaramelSalt: Tombstone
Anomalias: Angus the Scottie Plushie
A Shop.
A Quest.
Two Petitions.
Who could ask for anything more?
Fishy in a bag!

I actually live within walking distance of the zoo where I live...but it closes for the winter...So i have a long, live-otter free winter ahead of me.
I know! They're noises are so heart warming!
And like you said, as long as their cups are stackable, they are so carefree!
They make me feel all warm and fuzzy when i watch them zoom around all awesome like.
When I go to the zoo I usually just hang around the otter pool until my boyfriend forcibly drags me away..Or just leaves and finishes the rest of zoo before retrieving me.
I love otters.
And they love me for bringing them stackable cups.
Yes, I seem to get caught up in it quite a lot as well. xD
