Can you draw my avi/oc?
I have rlc commissions open from time to time! I do not accept direct requests for free art. I do sometimes host freebie threads and rare free art events outside of Gaia (mostly for holidays when my time allows)! Gold/Plat comms are rare, but I do open up shop on occassion!
Can I ask you for art advice?
Of course you can! One of my favorite things to do is support other artists of all skill levels, and to learn from other artists too!
Can I add you on Gaia/Discord?
I prefer Gaia unless we have spoken a few times, but yes! I do not accept random friend requests here or elsewhere unless we've spoken before. Just send me a message if you want to connect elsewhere. heart

And no, I haven't been drawing very much at all in 2025 due to lack of motivation and inspiration, so I'm thinking of trying to do more this year to make up for lost time
Oh, fb memories are the WORST for that. I keep getting some of my old dogs pop up lately too (My foster sister wanted a pup for christmas, and one year she got that, so they tend to show on the memories often this time of the year) - I used to be straight feeling miserable whenever I'd see them, but you heal in time and you get happy to see their little faces pop up. Bittersweet 🥺
My kitty was there with me all the time and it felt so weird without him too, it's gonna feel weird for a long while. He would be sleeping on my chest when I was in bed with his head cuddled at my neck, and literally follow me to school and the local shops, and be sometimes waiting at the fence of the school playground at lunchtime if I was lucky.
Maybe you can doodle a little something to honour them when you're feeling less raw. I had a pal irl whose pet bird passed away a while ago, she sadly got the phone call while we were hanging out and it hurt so much seeing her like that. I was struggling to draw the bird, so I commissioned a mutual pal who is great at pet portraits, and it came out SO good!!! Art totally heals! emotion_hug
Just saw your post about your kitty, I'm so sorry! heartcrying I'm such a big cat person too, they're just the best. I've had a few cat babies over the years and it sucks so much losing them. I was literally just thinking of one of mine last night - he was totally my shadow, would always be sleeping on my feet while I was on the computer like a pair of slippers. Your baby is totally still giving you little cuddles in spirit!
I'm on my phone right now with no vpn so imgur is blocked in the UK and I sadly can't see the photos but I'm sure they were just the cutest little buddy!
