I'm suffering from amnesia when it comes to this site. I have no idea how long I was a member, but apparently my history tells me I've been active. Yet, real life writes the plot--and I left a long time ago. I return now, I guess?

Anyways, here I am--as casual as they come. Looking for some time to kill, for sure. Video games are my craze--so if you've got some talk, I've got some words too.

Yeah; my childhood dog passed unexpectedly some years ago now, there was no lead-up, she just developed a sudden heart condition that was pretty much unfixable and causing her lots of discomfort, so the decision had to be made. It was strange; I had been out of my parents' house for a long time, so I just got a call about 6pm on a weeknight, had to go to work the next morning, everything, and I drove the 30+ minutes to be with my mom and my dog in those final moments. Seeing them struggle is hard, so like you said, it's at least nice to know that they're not in pain anymore. It has been a minute - I hope you've been having a good couple of weeks all things considered.

Oh no, I hate to hear that about your dog. That's a very emotional time, when you can think back on lots of life milestones and memories and your dog is always there. Is your dog sick, or just elderly, both?

Well; I guess the highlights are, I'm married and have a small child, lol. Other than that, just business as usual, regular adult life stuff. Supposed to get what might be our only snow of the season later this week, but it'll be back to the old familiar balls hot again sooner rather than later crying

Well I have no excuse for not sleeping 8 every night, even with my slight falling-asleep problems. I have also sabotaged myself by taking a liking to espresso in rapidly increasing amounts daily sweatdrop
