If the picture is saved to you account, click on the picture icon. It will take you to it. Hover your mose over the picture.
A bar will pop up on the top of the picture. (Might go away, but can easily come back up if you do the same thing) and on the bar there is options, one says "Resize" click on it
and you get taken to this edit page. From there, you resize it.
