Today I was asked a question. The question was what does love really means. I paused for a moment. Closed my eyes and was about to reply with what I thought was the answer. But before I answered I ask the young lady to close her eyes, take a deep breathe and think of what she wanted most in life. Think of what you can’t do without. Think of something you need in order to be happy. She closed her eyes and moments past. I looked at her and waited for her to go to that special place in her heart where she felt happiness and joy. I recited these words “when the world has turned its back on you and your life seems to be breaking down whom or what is there to comfort you. Is it that in which you are thinking right?” She did not answer. That was good for me. I wanted her to stay in that place. “Love cannot be truly described by words alone nether by mere physical touch. It cannot be shown in gifts by themselves. Love is by far one the most powerful words in the existence of vocabulary. Can you feel your body calling out for a need? The need to be touched, to be kissed, to be talked to, to be missed. If this in it’s all is not there then you are missing love. When you love someone you cannot be without them but the need to know that you are missed is essential. When love takes over it can make the smartest of men dumbfounded by lack of concentration.” I saw a smile cross her lips. Then I asked her to open her eyes. She looked at me and said thank you sir but I have to go. I asked did you get your answer and she replied yes sir I am on my way to church I miss my father. I know He loves me and I love Him.
