Depends on what you like to do. Loads to do between SC, NC and TN if you like the mountains and you've got the super touristy area of Gatlinburg. Dollywood isn't too far from there. Wilmington, NC is super nice and got some good beaches. Good beaches south of there too like Edisto, Folly, Isle of Palms, Beaufort and Savannah, GA is good too. April/May through September is kind of peak season around those areas.

good also i have quit smoking for maybe 6 years now so hopefully you can quit smoking
hobbies or healthy distractions are a good path to take :3

Lol. When you said hiding from the heat, I remembered seeing how it was like 110+ in some spots so just assumed. And you can keep the humidity. It hasn't been that bad here and usually around this time it's just swampass city here. If you ever do visit the south, mid-autumn to early spring is the best time.

i been playing a lot of osu, rhythm games are fun and not as stressful for me
bc valorant and call of duty stress me out big time
