At heart im modest and humble, and im rarely strive to be in the limelight or in a position of power. I have a sharp analytical mind, a keen eye for detail, and i prefer to observe, dissect, and study life from a distance. Conscientious and conservative(lol not really) I can be relied upon to be careful, efficient, and thorough in my work and i take pride in doing a job well. What i may lack in self-confidence i often make up for in skill - developing expertise, technical knowledge, and competency in some specialized area. im an adept at using my hands to create or fix things, and meticulous attention to detail and careful craftsmanship are my forte. Some would say im a little TOO meticulous, for i can be extremely critical and petty if everything is not done exactly as i think it should be, and im worry about things that other people consider trivial and unimportant. I like to organize, categorize, and arrange everything into a logical system, and i am often distinctly uncomfortable when something does not fit into a neat category. Disorganization vexes me. I probably wish that i were not such a perfectionist, for besides being a stickler for details,i can be mercilessly self-critical as well. Whether in my environment or in myself,i tend to focus on the flaws, with a desire to improve, refine, and perfect. im strictly factual, truthful, and scrupulously honest in my self-estimation, and i am often do not give myself enough praise or credit.One of my greatest assets is my ability to see both sides of an issue, and to negotiate and bring about compromise and reconciliation. Tactful, reasonable, and with considerable social finesse, i work well with people in business as well as in personal relationships.i am an objective and somewhat detached from emotional bias, and make an excellent consultant, mediator, or public relations person.i insist upon fairness and seek to bring harmony or at least peace!!!
