It was very interesting indeed. Anarchists, Bolsheviks, Trotskyites, trades unionists, insurrectionary Marxists, everything. And me, having been nominated as County Council candidate for the Conservative Party and a past chairman of my university Conservative Society. Loved it!

Marxism 2010 get discounted tickets to Rock Against Racism, which is timed for the last night of the Marxism event, so there were some properly stunning bands up as well. Also got to see Kit Richardson play live at a small venue in North London, stunning. Very very happy with my week!

My tastes are different, I think, but I understand yours a bit better now. Sorry if it looked like I was judging you, in truth I was only just holding back from it, as I've known so many people who hear the Hungarian Dances and declare themselves fans without knowing any other music!
