Hello. I'm a Christmas Elf. Or at least I usually am. The others don't like me very much because I'm Santa's favorite, and because I stood up to the head elf's torture when I tried to make a labor union. Nobody joined, so the head elf just started being meaner to me. I ran away to go live with Charlie for a while (he's a yeti... not one of those little ones that some people like to carry around, but that toothless one you may have seen as a co-star in "Rudolph" on TV). It was getting hard on us living together, so I took to traveling the world. Eventually Santa got back into contact with me, and I now do field work most of the year (like helping him "see you when you're sleeping" and to "know when you're awake"). I do that for most of the year, and help Santa out with side errands for the other part of the year. It's not the greatest life in the world, but it's a living.
By the way, if you see me with a smaller yeti, that's Charlie's little brother. I baby-sit him sometimes.
