He has a daughter, Elizabeth, who is the current Pirate King, and Mrs Swann passed away many years ago.Weatherby Swann is reconised by his wig, fierce posture and incredible sense of fashion! Friendly in every sense of the word, the Governor would like nothing more then to give everyone a big, cozy hug. Except for the poor, of course.
He had a fling with the Pirate Lord Chevalle in the past, but these days he prefers cake to passion.
