I'll self-destruct
With and entity in me that
Fails and corrupts.

Like cryptic codes and cancer
I'll Cauterize, so I can trade flesh and blood.

For a skin that can't be pierced by spite
Or oil that can't run cold with pride.

In time, we'll all have to trade our veins for
Oil lines and fuel-efficient hearts.

But even in cast iron forms we start
To idle, gather rust, and fall apart.

So let's manufacture man,
Who won't set fire of fail to take commands.

Let's build.

For what we need is caught in between man and machine.

Yet, through all the rust and the wreck, you see
Man you won't trade for a world of machines.
