it's the old testament. spelling out that homosexuality is a sin. it's also where the term sodomy came from. because the men in those towns were absconding travellers coming through and taking their men and raping them. God destroyed both towns with fire and brimstone. there are more passages than that but that one came to mind first since it's one of the more prominent messages against homosexuality.
