Ryan is a 6 ft. 4 vampire. He has long, black hair with deep purple streaks that nearly reaches the backs of his knees. His eyes are mixed swirls of color that are ever changing, and ever startling. As a young mortal adult in the 1940's, his family sent him to Amsterdam to pursue his education. He was a very skilled necromantic sorcerer, and his wealthy family financially supported his dreams. After receiving word of his family being assassinated at their home in America, Ryan had to travel through treacherous territory to see to his families arrangements. Now the sole heir to his family fortune, he was targeted for his position and education for experimentation in a top secret Nazi operation. After his abduction, he was turned into a vampire, tortured, and starved. His sire would subject him to unspeakable horrors, starving Ryan to the point of madness, then offering him the blood of innocents, of children, and helpless individuals. Upon regaining his strength and sanity through his victims blood, he was psychologically damaged to find evidence of what he had done. Months went by, and the clever sorcerer-turned vampire devised a way to escape, setting free his fellow prisoners, mortal and vampire alike through use of his power.
He joined his homeland, America, in the fight against Germany, ensuring that such experimentation would be put to an end. In their top-secret operation, due to his rank and his sorcery, his fellow soldiers called him "Lt. Grimmio". Nowadays, he is living well in America, swearing off the blood of innocents since the day of his escape. He only targets evil for his sustenance. Alas, he is an honorable man, albeit lonely- He will not start fights where they are not due.
