Go to photo bucket find a pic you like go to the bottom see Link copy that and go to edit your proflie and click them and than!!! -takes breath- Go to URL and paste it in there and click save changes...
For a video! go to youtube and find a video and you know where you typed youtube theres dif stuff up there and so copy that and go to your page again and than click Content and Put Media on your profile and say Edit on the media and See the URL Past it in there and add a title.
