Hello!

Congratulations on your Project Obsidian Ticket! My name is Riyokuma and I will help guide you through the process of making your custom sale a reality! Thank you for submitting your request. Everything looks to be in order so I will be taking your ticket out of your inventory momentarily.
Your order is now in process. Please double and triple check your order - as I cannot make any changes to your order after 7 days of this email.

Here are the next steps in the project ticket process:

1. Your recolors and your custom item will be put in their respective queues.
2. Once your recolors have been mocked by one of our very talented artists, the mocks will be sent to you. The custom item does not come with any mocks.
3. Once you have received your recolor mocks, you will be asked to provide any changes you'd like made or you can give your approval for your item to be completed. Please remember that you only receive one revision so don't forget anything!
4. Your order will be put back in queue for the artist to finish production and make any requested changes. Once your items are complete, your custom sale will be scheduled for the Cash Shop. You will receive the copies of your bundles and custom item the day before (or morning of) the day they get released on Gaia.

AKA - We don't have any information - did you want to change your order at all?

It seems like the GC grant would go onto the joint mule account and moving it over in giftcards would result in loss of GC value with the 20% conversion charge from GC to cashcard with the new changes.
For reference, the original submission for the ticket looked like...

**THEME AND EXPLANATION FOR ITEM POSES**: This is supposed to be an expansion on the rosamund items with a persona (the video games ) vibe to it

1st post:

2nd pose:
should be a multiple arm pose that is constricted/covered in thin black vines, tone of skin should change with the arm pose selected. The arm pose would be similar to this http://imgur.com/a/ijpYR

3rd pose:
This is the most complex and detailed pose
This pose would remove the lower half of the body replacing it with an upside down temple/Castle like the one in this image

4th pose: a mod that removes all all default avatar features such as hair eyes mouth and leaves it with just the default skin (Other eyes, hairs and skin and items can be layered over this mod)

5th pose: This pose would be a collar of roses that wrap around the neck and cover the shoulders.

6th pose: The final pose would be a background as if you were inside the temple. This should look like a cross. The temple itself should be broken down with the same over grown roses in it

Also, sent. Asked if there was any chance to find out estimated queue line as the thread showing where everything is worked up to is about a month and a week in front of when the ticket was submitted so not too far out. I bet they don't want to do back-to-back-to-back since the obsids were being retired

They offered to replace the GC cost and to dropo the order
"Due to the long wait times, we would like to offer you the option to sell back your ticket. If you are interested, we will remove the Obsidian Ticket from your account and grant you the GC purchase price of 159,900 GC in the form of GCash Giftcards. Your order will then be removed from the queue.

If you are not interested, your order will remain in queue as is until we are able to process it.
