These things work! And a shambling abomination/affront against god isn't something one would (or should) have sex with, regardless. (I will never understand zombie fetish.)
I haven't made anything absolutely solid about the character except for a few things. S/he's German, loved pulp novels as a child, has a beloved brother somewhere in Paris, finds sexual intercourse loathsome and appalling, and at one point worked for a non-specified military and hated every second of it (a "cruelty for cruelty's sake" situation is not appealing except for very personal cases).
So, being a giggling and sadistic Nazi who doesn't actually care about the scientific value of something and creates a monstrosity purely for the evil of it, that's not gonna work.
However, doctor that does horrific and cruel things in the process of trying to save a loved one and has a remorseless "I only did what was necessary" outlook could work rather well.
Please, the pleasure is all mine! I am tickled pink. (I must add, though, that you can be loose with the gender of this character. Female base has the slender appearance and delicacy appropriate, but... actual female gender might be debatable.)
Ted Bundy may be dead, but his example lives on. Human behavior can stray so far away from the norm. Never judge a person by how they behave. Anything can be a ruse. Bundy was incredibly charismatic, even attractive. But it was all a front to hide the true beast inside.
Don't take this the wrong way, but is English your first language?
