They're especially annoying if they talk back to you though so watch out

nah I think the older they are, the better they can appreciate literature.
tbh, I haven't read that many books
but im looking at my bookshelf right now and the ones that stand out are: the road, beloved, slaughterhouse 5 and Jacob have I loved
I think my fav series of all time is the uglies series
