About
Wow, It has been forever since I've been here or updated this thing. A lot has changed since then. I'm out of high school and now working in movies and television as a background performer, on top of modeling whenever I can. I'm still an old victorian goth at heart, but now I like to break out and test the lazers and black lights every so often. I'm a tradition girl who likes to be in the kitchen or folding the laundry ('cause no one else folds it right. ;P), yet still demand respect and my right to voice my opinion.Anime
The list that is my favourite or preferred anime is, well, extensive. You always have the basics, like Fullmetal Alchemist, Eureka 7, Death Note (which I still haven't finished), Neon Genesis Evangelion, D.Gray Man and Bleach (which I am about 200 episodes behind on). And then there are the more obscure anime, like Please Teacher, Infinite Ryvius, and Speed Grapher. And, of course, the classics such as Sailor Moon, the first season or two of Pokemon, Digimon, and Monster Rancher.
Movies
I loved the original Nana movie (that came before the anime and after the manga). Other favourites, oh gees, are extensive yet again. Musical, dance movies, thriller flicks, cult classics... I just like movies. A few favourites would have to be The Phantom of the Opera, Repo! The Genetic Opera, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, The Notebook, Shal We Dance, The Lord of the Rings set, The Harry Potter films, almost anything old Disney (new Disney drives me nuts), A Muppets Christmas Carol (yearly tradition), Queen of the Damned, Burlesque, and so many more.
Manga
I STILL don't tend to read manga all that much, but a few of my favourites continue to be DearS (so much better than the anime), Nana and The Deamon Ororon.
Literature
I don't read too often, as I find it difficult to find a book that really draws me in and keeps me interested. So when I say that I've merely only read a book, it usually means that it had to be good in my eyes. Otherwise I'd not have been able to finish it. However, there are the few odd ones which I read and then forget I've read about. So, the books I have read, and loved, and read again would be Dan Brown's DaVinci Code and Angels & Demons, Stephen Woodworth's Through Violet Eyes, Andrew Davidson's The Gargoyle.
Music
I listen to a lot of industrial and other EDM genres, such as techno, hardstyle, dubstep, trance, and the like. Of course, this does not mean it's all I listen to. I have a vast collection of symphonic metal, metal, rock, rap, and various top 40 hits over the last 20-30 years, including bands like Kamelot (with Roy Khan, previous to their 2010 album), Nightwish (with Tarja), Stratovarius, Sonata Arctica, Korn, Slipknot, Marilyn Manson, Dev, Missy Elliot, Ludacris... The list goes on, and on, and on.
The lists above are largely incomplete, but once my brain returns to a somewhat solid state I will be sure to update them.
If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. I don't bite.. Often.
