Click the publish and then click "</> Embed" button at the bottom..... As a matter in fact here.

Here is how to do it.
But if you still dont get it then..
Open a blank document or post, then paste the code you get from the Embed button
Then Go to the the beginning of the "pageId=" until you reach "-a"
Then you go to your profile. Go to edit and delete everything, the little boxs of content, About me etc
Then add a "Media" box
Paste the code in the url section, the title doesn't matter.
Click save.

Then go to My Gaia > Profile Options> Theme Override
In the theme override box go and paste this following code:

#columns { width: 800px; height: 520px; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; float: none; position: relative; top: 50px; }
