The HoH Judges are the supreme enforcers of tournament law for the duration of each match. Each Judge wields extraordinary legal power in his or her own stage over fighters. In addition to functioning as "legal administrators", they are also charged with the task of guarding the spectators who may be around the stage.
Every Judge has archives on every participant on file, and can notably hold it's own against an unruly fighter should the need arise.
With the appearance of a Judge, matches are slated to begin.
