like... wats as in what light is measured by in light bulbs (like an average 60 wat ligh bulb). and you said wats up? so, i looked at the ceiling (above me) and noticed a few light bulbs in a chandelier that could correspond to your question. so, by asking wats up? i responded, light bulbs. it's simple reasoning skills
