The salt in our skin dries the skin of amphibians, and since they breath through their skin, it is generally a bad idea.

That's why lizards are better. biggrin

My biology teacher in highschool had these kinds of frogs. Frozen food is much better than live food. But these frogs are kinda boring, because it's not like you can really hold them, or pet them. sad

Apparently all frogs are carnivores/insectavores. Atleast that's what these sites say.

Wtf tree frogs get big enough to eat mice?

Worms are better than crickets, yes. Still kinda gross, but I am used to them. My uncle had a snake when I was growing up, he'd feed mice to it. Some kinda mountain constrictor. It liked to pull up the fake grass and sleep underneath it, like a blanket.

Tree frogs are the cutest, they got the big eyes. 4laugh I love tree frogs. But I've never seen a white one.

Yeah, well the bigger they are the less chance my cats will try to kill it. razz

I always thought reptiles and amphibians are ******** amazing. Last night I had a dream that I was going to buy a caimen. I don't even want an alligator type reptile. I like my hands/fingers.

What kinda frog do you have?

I want a lizard. sad Or maybe an iguana since they're vegetarians.
