If you're 18 or over you have the decision to have your first cigarette or drink your cup of caffeinated coffee.

You have your rights, man; this breaks my ******** heart to see someone like you being totally defenseless on the case of anxiety.

Did you know that cigarettes are for intelligent beings and are meant to stabilize their thoughts to releave these types of anxieties?

I've also been close to trying it out myself, but first I googled all the results of the suicidal methods, and to be honest none of them sound too good to me...

I just hope you realize how beautiful and amazing living can be, and hope you join me back someday without these issues in your personal life, because...
resorting your anxieties and issues on something you like to do, is the better result. heart

My life is spent by night time; to be honest, there's not been any help like this that has helped me as much to think around and be myself... I'm not sure how it is with you, but I do believe we all need a little bit of time to ourselves c: You'll find your way, and you'll end up alright, eventually everything will be alright in the end.

I'm sorry your going through anxiety and depression currently. That flippin sucks. I can relate. I'm dealing with anxiety right now and am having to go to a crisis recovery center for a week.
