A second generation Silpelit, Hachi is one of a very few Diclonius escaped from the facility through unknown circumstances.

Vector Radius: 7.5 Meters.
Vector Count: Eight Vectors.
Other info: One of a very few Silpelits not found by the government before he was born, though he was discovered at an early age and was captured and subjected to various tests. His escape was due to his abnormally developed vectors, and was able to divert anti-tank ammunition which aided in his escape. He exhibits little violent behaviour but an incident occured where he ended the lives of some five civilians, though this was strictly circumstatial. He is also the only known male Diclonius with Vectors and prominant temperal protrusions.
