Hailstone was built with the power's of ice and gravity. Being one who prefers strategy and intelligence over brute strength and fighting, he spends most of his time studying out in space and surveying the world below. Typically one who works alone and spends most of his time in space or in laboratories he does not get along well with others and is easily bothered. He ensures to study and learn as much as he can to try and serve Wily to the best of his abilities.
